The company operates as an upstream industrialization partner, taking responsibility for technically demanding, HSE-sensitive synthesis steps or processes requiring specific industrial capabilities. INTEROR operates multi-reactor industrial assets (stainless steel and glass-lined), high-pressure capabilities (hydrogenation up to 120 bar / 300°C), distillation columns, drying units and purification equipment, enabling support from initial industrial batches (a few hundred kilograms) to recurring production volumes in the range of 300 to 500 metric tons per year, depending on the process. The site is structured to ensure process robustness, reproducibility and progressive ramp-up. For paint and coatings manufacturers, INTEROR operates upstream in the value chain, industrializing the chemical building blocks required for new resins and systems, prior to polymerization and formulation stages. INTEROR does not formulate paints. INTEROR enables coating producers to focus on application performance and market differentiation while outsourcing the most complex or high-risk synthesis steps. Beyond chemical industrialization, INTEROR strengthens supply chain security by providing a robust, flexible and controlled European manufacturing base, reducing dependency on distant or unstable sources. Outsourcing upstream steps also optimizes industrial ROI by avoiding dedicated CAPEX investments and converting fixed costs into variable costs. This approach shortens time-to-market, reduces internal process risk exposure and improves cost predictability throughout the product lifecycle.
