The VISCO JET® VJ405 column agitator is specifically designed for professional continuous operation and use with a roller track. It is ideal for mixing and tinting facade paints and plaster in round and oval containers ranging from 10 to 30 liters.
The VJ405 column agitator stands out with its intuitive operation and easy integration into the production process. The container is moved under the agitator via a roller track – optionally even automatically. For maximum stability, the container can be fixed either manually or with pneumatic container clamping.
Up to 10 stored recipes can be accessed via the user-friendly touchscreen or central master control to select the appropriate agitation program.
Within a very short time, the optimal mixing result is achieved with the help of the VISCO JET® PYRAMIDE impeller, specially developed for this application.
Once the mixing process is complete, the container is automatically released, while a drip tray swings over the bucket to ensure cleanliness.
